This chainless mercerizing range is suitable for cold as well as hot With wet-on wet and dry-on-wet mercerization. This machine has a capacity of mercerize 60000 mtrs / day, which can process fabrics widths ranging from 50 cms to 220 cms
The mercerizing range consists of an impregnating zone, a stabilizing zone and a lye recuperator. Novel wet-on-wet mercerization with add-on application of caustic and total dimensional stability with unique stretching zone.
